Strachan Realty was established in 2003 by its current Director, Ben Strachan, and is the primary division of Strachan Research which is 100% owned by the Strachan family.

From humble beginnings in residential renovations and extensions, the business has graduated to multi-unit housing projects. After diversifying into property development during the early 2000s to complement the research business, SR has completed a variety of financially successful residential projects.

The Group is currently developing and marketing for sale ‘Eva’ in St Kilda, and has several projects in feasibility stages.
